You can use the following ticket machines to pay for tickets using your debit card and PIN instead of cash:

  • All ticket machines in S-Bahn (urban rail) stations
  • MVG ticket machines in U-Bahn (underground) stations an many tram stations

You can pay for your tickets by credit card for your tickets at all MVG ticket machines with touchscreen located in U-Bahn (underground) stations and in the following MVG customer service centres:

  • MVG Customer service centre Hauptbahnhof
  • MVG Customer service centre Marienplatz

Accepted credit cards: MasterCard, VISA and American Express.

You can pay for your tickets by credit card at all ticket machines located in S-Bahn stations and in the following customer service centres:
